IPSWICH — They already have four local composers to draw upon. Who knew there would be three others lurking in the sidelines? Based in Ipswich, the Orchestra on the Hill (TOOTH) features the work of five local composers for each of its concerts.. For its February 8 and 9 concerts, The Voices of Our Town, the orchestra has added Abby Frost, Stephen Moore, and Mary Koppel as featured composers.
