Reminders from rehearsal
Program Ads
The Orchestra on the Hill (TOOTH) is pulling together a small program for our collaborative program and looking for any help we can offer with businesses or persons who might want to include an ad. They are hoping to get enough ads to cover the cost of the program. Attached is their Ad Program sheet. Deadline for inclusion is Friday
Volunteers
We are looking to supplement the TOOTH volunteers with 2 additional volunteers each night to usher. Please let me know if you have family or friends who would be willing to usher at the beginning of the concert.
50/50 Raffle
Our monthly raffle will take place at next Monday’s rehearsal – 1/27. Proceeds from the raffle help to defray the cost of our rehearsal space. $5/ticket – exact change please – participation is voluntary. Raffle tickets for sale by the attendance sheets before rehearsal and at the break.
