Annual Meeting
One last piece of business before Monday’s annual meeting.
One part of the formal process at the annual meeting is the acceptance of the minutes from the last annual meeting.
I have attached those minutes for review. I will ask you hold any questions or edits till the meeting.

Please remember to mark the last column of the attendance sheet with a “yes” or “no” to let us know if you will be singing with us in September.
The concert dates for Messiah at Our Lady of Hope Church will be Sat – 12/7, 7pm concert and Sun – 12/8, 3pm concert
We will be using the G. Schirmer Edition.

Annual Meeting
May 1, 2023A quorum of members was present
President Donn Kurjan welcomed members and called meeting to order at approx. 8:30 during the chorus break.
He noted that via the by-laws, the annual meeting is held during the first rehearsal of May.
Last year’s Annual Meeting minutes of May 2, 2022, were approved unanimously.
Nominating Committee: Motion to elect the following to the board for FY2024 was made, seconded and voted unanimously:

There were no by-law revisions or other business.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:45.
