50/25/25/ Raffle
Our monthly raffle will take place at next Monday’s rehearsal. Proceeds from the raffle help to defray the cost of our rehearsal space. $5/ticket – exact change please-participation is voluntary. Raffle tickets for sale by the attendance sheets.
Are you singing in February and June?
If you have not done so yet, please remember to mark the additional columns on the attendance sheets letting us know if you will be singing in the February and/or June Concerts. (Yes , No or ?)
February Concert Music
The Music for the February concert was passed out at this past Monday’s rehearsal. For those that were absent and will be singing with us in February, the cost of the music package is $5. I will be at the piano before rehearsal to pass out music to those still needing it and collect money from those still owing it. Remember to return borrowed music if you have decided not to practice and/or sing with us in February .
At future rehearsals, Abby will be rehearsing the February music from 7-8 and Messiah after the break 8-9.
We need your help
We are looking for help from a couple more Singers

to assist another singer with organizing volunteers and lobby set-up for concerts (ushers, ticket takers, merch sales, etc.)

to assist another singer with ticket distribution and money collection to singers at each rehearsal till the concert
Concert Volunteers
We are also in need of non-singer Volunteers to support our performances on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8. Volunteers are needed as welcoming ushers, organized Will Call and ticket takers, and charming merchandise salespeople! Do you know a family member, friend, neighbor, or co-worker who might like to help out before and during performance? Please email me their name, e-mail and phone number. I will also have a sign-up sheet at rehearsals as well.
Black Binders
For those who requested Black music folders, they are ordered and the cost will be $11.50. We are hoping but not sure if they will arrive by Monday but if they do show up Trish will bring them and they will be available for purchase.
