Dress guidelines
We have two options for attire:
- Tuxedos
- Long black skirt, long black dress or long black dress pants. Full legs, no tights or slim pants. Plain black scoop or V-neck top with 3/4 sleeves. Black opaque stockings, black shoes (no sandals). No jewelry except stud earrings.
Also, no perfume, after shave or garlic.
Sign – up sheets
Usher and ticket taker help – We need family members, friends, neighbors, or co-workers who might like to help out before and during performance. Please connect with Anne Mills millsannes@gmail.com or Marya Machart at maryamachart@gmx.com. There will also be a sign-up sheet at next rehearsal. We will need their e-mail address and phone number.
Need to purchase the music for Fall’s Messiah – There is a sign-up sheet next to the attendance sheets. We will be purchasing music over the summer.
Fundraiser Gift Cards
Check your winnings from the fundraiser. If your raffle or auction item contained a gift certificate and you didn’t exchange your paper copy of the gift certificate for the real thing, see Nancy Tougas.

- Monday, May 27 – HOLIDAY
- Tuesday, June 4 – Monday rehearsal moved to Tuesday – IHS, Rehearsal Room
- Monday June 10 – Our Lady of Hope
- Tuesday, June 11 – IHS, Band room- orchestra rehearsal
- Thursday, June 13 – PAC dress rehearsal
- Saturday, June 15 – PAC Concert – 6pm on the risers
